By accessing or using this website, registering for the free live class, or consuming any content we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Live to Profits provides educational content, including a free live webinar ("the Class"), training materials, and related communications about selling products through live-streaming platforms such as TikTok Shop and Whatnot.

The Class is provided free of charge. We may offer optional paid programs, coaching, or products in the future. Any purchase would be subject to separate terms presented at the time of purchase.

All content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Class or related materials constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.

Any income figures, case studies, or results shared in the Class or on this website — including references to our own revenue or our students' results — are exceptional examples and are NOT typical, average, or guaranteed. Your results will depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside of our control.

Most people who buy educational business programs get little or no results because they do not apply what they learn. We make no guarantee that you will earn any money using the ideas, strategies, or systems presented.

When you register for the Class, you agree to receive email, text, and other communications from us related to the Class, reminders, replays, and offers. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and follow opt-out instructions in text messages.

Registration is handled through a third-party webinar platform (WebinarJam). By registering, you also agree to that platform's terms of use and privacy policy.

All content in the Services — including videos, slides, frameworks, copy, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Live to Profits and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Your access to the Class is a personal, non-transferable, revocable license for your individual use only.

You agree not to: (a) share your access or registration links with others; (b) scrape, harvest, or resell content; (c) misrepresent your identity; (d) disrupt the webinar or website; or (e) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove, block, or refuse access to anyone who violates these Terms, without refund or liability.

The Services reference or rely on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, and WebinarJam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Whatnot. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party platform, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live to Profits and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live to Profits and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 4, 6, 9, and 10 survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Live to Profits operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that state, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
